Jahan Tormoz Kashan Co. commenced research in Asbestos - free friction materials in the late eighties and its formulation have been internationally proven and acclaimed.

Rigid Moulded Non-Asbestos Brake Linings

Conforming to environmental norms, we offer formulations for the safest and most wear resistant braking for trucks and trailers. These are designed to withstand the higher braking torque generated by severe duty applications.

Non-Asbestos & Asbestos Roll Brake Linings

This type of brake linings exhibit high level of friction with good anti-squeal properties & excellent wear resistance. Designed to suit passenger cars, two-three wheelers and industrial purposes, they are available in rolls & strips suitable for use under operating conditions.

Rigid Moulded Asbestos Brake Linings

The raw material used in the manufacture of these linings has high / low medium co-efficient of friction and low rate of wear, which ensures consistent performance and smooth progressive braking even at higher temperature.

Mill Board Clutch Facings

We have a wide range of Mill board facings, Auto clutch facing , Clutch facing made by blending long asbestos fibers. This type of facing is ideally suited for conditions such as slipping and judder. VM 101 is recommended for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.

Railway Composite Brake Block

We manufacture 'K ' type asbestos based blocks for EMUs and have developed non-asbestos 'L' type blocks for maintaining coaches, wagons and locomotives. We are also developing 'K' type non-asbestos composite blocks for coaches and EMUs.

Asbestos and Non-Asbestos Disc Pads

Asbestos Disc Brake Pad and Disc Brake Pad is a high performance friction material, resistant to fade and abrasion over a wide temperature range. A medium co-efficient of friction, it is ideal for passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
